Modern Steam Punk: Tick Series

The Tick Series is brand new. This Modern Steampunk series is all about incorporating Swiss Jeweled watch movements with my modern steel.

Exelld Watch Necklace is a great example of taking the old and bringing it back to life! This one of a kind necklace is handmade, constructed from a Swiss Jeweled Watch Movement, a The watch movement is a 15 jeweled piece. This stunning one of a kind necklace is clear coated for protection and shine.

Edward A. Waldman Neckalce is made from a one jewel, recycled watch movement from the Edward A. Waldman watch company. Check out the detail on the watch movement... so small with so much detail! The back steel piece is also unique with it's carefully drilled divots, which makes this necklace truly on of a kind!

Very clever of use for old watch parts. ? does the mechanisms still work? Now, there's is an idea.

Thanks.... it would be cool to have them still work.. but you have to clear coat the whole thing.. which binds up the gears!

Huh, I always wondered about that. I've always been fascinated by old watch mechanisms. I think I may have been a tinkerer in my past life.

Very beautiful! I like the wire you use as a chain.

Great idea & great photos! I saw you posted the second one on Twitter last night, & I told you it immediately made me think Tim Burton! Edward Scissorhands specifically. I don't know exactly why it reminds me of that...but that's not a bad thing; it's an awesome movie!

Beautiful pieces! Love the whole industrial Victorian look of steampunk. You have done a great job in incorporating a modern look as well. They do have an Edward Scissorhands look to them. Great job!
