New Products

Here are two new designs fresh from the studio today.
The Oak Leaf and the Mod Christmas Tree

This is the first necklace in the "Bringing metal to life series". This oak leaf if cut from 1/16 steel...then textured, heated for color... and brought to life. Each vein of of the leave is carefully placed to resemble a real leaf. Just like the leaves on a tree each leave will turn out different... as far as color and texture. The final process involves clear coating for protection and shine.

If you are looking for a stand out necklace to wear this holiday season.. you have found what you are looking for. This stunning modern take on the Christmas tree will dress up any outfit for those up coming parties. The small tree is cut from mild steel and buffed to a prefect shine. The steel behind the tree is rusted just right. The mod Christmas Tree is clear coated for protection and shine.

Thanks for keeping me in the loop.
Always happy to see you in the etsy forums.

Both of them are beautiful - but the leaf speaks to me the most. It really is a beautiful necklace.

Tim - I'm partial to the oak leaf pendant. It's still edgy and rough, but so delicate and intricate. Fantastic work, as usual!

Very nice, Tim. You do with metal what I do with polymer. Leaves rock!!

Nice!
I really like the tree. Are you using the rivet as a cold connection or did you solder it?

timothy said...

contra... it is a cold connection.. it is a pop rivet!

Ah, very cool! I was just researching using cold connections and this is a great inspiration.

I'm going to have to try it someday.
